As it is the temporary post is dangerous because of its proximity to people. How about people who cannot read? People can accidentally run into it. Its also a danger to animals. My suggestion is to put masonry blocks and chain link fence around it, from the the edges of the railing to the street gutter and two meters away from the remaining sides. You cannot compromise safety. If you gonna have safety regulations, you follow the international standard.
During the typhoon I heard a student has been electrocuted in a case like this. You do not want this to happen again.
Hello. Como esta? Have you shopped online? I tell you that is good for you because it has discounts and sales. But you have to wise about it and get the basic needs. I have a Nike cap, a Sketchers safety shoes and a Vibram five-finger pair that I shopped online. I get the internet address from search engines and referral from friends. Then I get a bank account separate from my savings account. When I am decided on the items I want is only the time I transfer the funds from my savings to my online shopping bank account. Actually this system is recommended to me by the bank clerk because she is an online shopper as well. It is safer that you leave one dollar on your online shopping bank account because thefts happen. Yes I know that the shoes I should shop personally but I have no choice at that moment so the shoes fit enough because I carefully followed the detailed guide for the shoe sizes which involved measuring my bare foot. You do not want to risk this because it is risky.

Hey Guys, might as well share this to you, especially to single mothers. I courted a single mother before. I met her in driving school when I was a yuppie. Since it was a night school and my classmates are fond of videoke, we would go to the bar and sing, they sing. Play billiards and stroll around until past midnight. We also go to each other's houses. We both know we were attracted to each other so I would walk her home. Sometimes alone, sometimes with friends. So one time, I met her father and he was impolite. He even kicked the thrash can and cursed the cat. I thought that was odd.
To make the story short is she became sour after the incident. Her close friend was asking if I love children. Then she was implying that she already has a son from an affair in college. The one she called her nephew when I was there. The realization hit me that night and I was unable to sleep. I had little sleep that week. I walked her last time and she said I find a better woman than her. I just nodded.
Thing is you do not hide if you are a single mother. This is the worst thing that you do. I'm not saying you be proud of it but be proud of your child/children. We make mistakes is all. We just progress from it.

The secluded Na'vi tribe, I think, is with reference to the Moslems and their prophet Nabi Mohammad. With the Chinese, well, the Avatars playing basketball is like Yao Ming, the tallest NBA player right now, and the red plants that fold up upon contact suggests Asian temples and the pyramids. The warriors of different clans are like Shaolin Monks, American Indians and Muay Thais. The tattoos and markings, are of the Indians. The dread locks, of course, is associated with black people and them praying in the Home Tree is like rock n' rollin music in the church ministry. And Jake Sully, is you and me - discovering the new world out there.

At the whole China has the most number of counterfeiters and their leaders are losing sleep over it. The big companies are losing 20 percent of profits. The cost of pirated materials in China amounts to 16 billion USD, plus the inflation from 2002. In Southeast Asia, flight is their style to evade the authorities. The fakers fake everything from high-end to bottom end products.
Since the governments in Asia are helpless against it, the big private companies hire international detectives to track down the fakers, have an army of lawyers, ex-police investigators and ex-military men skilled in special operations.
As we see in movies, the fakers are being tipped off by their influential connection so they can escape. The only way for piracy to be contained is to remove the connections in government offices.
How about piracy in the internet? How easy is it for me to download new songs, videos and ebooks for free? One minute to one hour for the songs and ebooks. How? I know Google and Yahoo are search engines so they are indirectly involved with sharing because I find forums and sites through them. I also get digital copies from friends and co-workers.
Thing is I rarely read ebooks because it hurts my eyes. The songs and videos are the usual ones I illegally download. What do you suggest the solution? It is to change your habits. You listen to your favorite radio stations. You watch old movies on the television channels like HBO, Star and the like. You watch new films at the theaters. I know. There has got to be sterner methods.

When they can stand on their own is the time you let them join the rest of the people. Okay?

Hi Guys, I just like to give my view on the campaigning of people. They protest on the authorities so they are complaining. Like there are college students whose likes to protest against piracy. I think that students should complain about their concerns about their universities first before they start to meddle with the affairs of the grown-ups.
What are the university student concerns? Its that there are not enough dormitories for them so the students have to look for their dwelling place instead of readying themselves to the study grind. Security inside the campus is another concern because the squatter's area is around the perimeter of the schools that once in a while there are crimes reported. You also do not underestimate the health concerns that clogged gutters and sewers can infect because it causes dengue fever and the like. Same for the street food. How about drug dealing? Is there student prostitution? Bullying? Fraternity and org pressure?
Worthwhile campaigns can also be simple as lending of calculators and T-square for engineering students although I understand that Autocad is being taught at the universities now. So why not have computers provided for students so that they can learn computer programs for free. Not all students are wealthy so this is a big help for them.
Now there are student-musicians around so they are the ones more appropriate to launch protests against piracy. Not students who are still finding their way. Protest if you are directly involved.
So students must take care of their studies first. When you have you have your studies in control then that is the time you look for extra-curricular activities.
Now the Administrators, the media and their alumni should act on these problems because you have the power to act on these clear and present dangers for the students. Make your universities and schools have the best conditions and atmosphere for learning.
How is your course curriculum compared against international standards? Do you have the technology? Are you well-equipped with teaching facilities, tools and equipment? How about the instructors? Do you feel the need to import foreign instructors? If you think you should then you should.
Are you very sad? I disappoint you maybe? Whether you be disappointed or not, it is important that you be tested as a coach and as a student. Participate, do not be contented on watching other people become better. Be the Coach. Be the student. It does not matter what race you belong to because we are all black people.

I read that we start to remember things at seven years old. So if you say you can remember things when you are younger than seven then you are a good specimen for research.
I remember all my pets and their names. The oldest I can remember was we had a dog named Whitie because he is white. I had a guinea pig with irregular color patterns who I named Ranger. I had a dog named Brownie because she was brown. I had a mongrel cat with irregular color patterns that I named Cute. We had a couple of Persian cats named OJ and Sam. And my pet now is a Siamese cat named Tobey.

When it is not necessary and you have no budget, then you have to get over it cause it saves you time and resources that you concentrate on something else.
When it is not necessary and you have the budget, then this is now a luxury because its extra money. When your luxury is jewelry or something recyclable it is not too bad because you can go to the pawn stars or you can sell it when it hits your brain that you want something more meaningful than jewelry and stuff. The predicament for some people is when they are luxurious in something that is combustible. You cannot get it back cause it will be gone forever. Don't be a fool.
Food, clothing, shelter, security and transport is not luxury when not in excess. There are places and situations that you need a car just as you wear perfume in occasions because fragrance is a welcoming sign. Who doesn't want to smell good? You also spend for music, entertainment and relaxation to feed your soul.
When it is necessary and you do not have a budget, then you have to work for it. If you are a student, then you study hard for what you want. If are working, then you have to learn, train and keep practicing for it.
When it is necessary and you have the budget, then congrats cause you earned it.
Its because you build a lasting legacy with meaningful activities. Notoriety makes you famous as well so its your choice. A Singaporean for example spends his life savings on a quest to send the first Singaporean Astronaut into space.
I was planning to buy a DSLR camera because photography interests me so I had an extensive research about it. Its a choice between the Canon and the Nikon brands because they are far well known in this field than the Sony, Olympus and Fuji. I learned the default DSLR comes in the kit lens. So I learned about lenses - wide angle lens, the macro and micro zoom lenses. I have to study shutter speed, aperture and the ISO. And to shoot photos of the moon is you have to have tele-photo lenses. Maaaaan! In short, I was not able to buy it. Its because it was not a necessity and I have no budget.
However, the Point and Shoot or Phone camera can do the work because composition is the most important part in a photo. They say the first rule in photography is the one-thirds rule which means you divide the image you see into 3 parts horizontally and vertically. Where the lines intersect is where you put your subject. Makes for drama I guess.
I was wondering whether this has connection with our writing and reading. Because some languages are written from top to bottom and from left to right. And some written from right to left. Is there a language written from bottom to top?
So for myself that I write from top to bottom and left to right, my attention will be focused on the upper left corner going to the right. And for some, their attention would be on the upper right corner going to the left.
Its that the East Asians who also know English can write both directions.
