Zombie people! This looks promising. You see there is a guy who survived being bitten by zombies! The concept totally defies the nature of how we have known zombies. I tell you more about it when I have watched the first episode. Damn its season 2 already. I was not informed earlier.

Isn't this guy from the Roadtrip movie? Hahahaha. The comic relief is welcome in an otherwise serious zombie action. I mean the psychology of people in the show is what I expect to happen in a zombie apocalypse. And more.
I am zombie guy, what can I say. I have finished Resident Evil 4 a number of times. Its my favorite storyline and gameplay controls in a video game. Yup the gory details is nothing. If you ask me what I am scared of, its the ghosts. I will not watch a ghost story alone. Its probably because zombies are tangible so you do not have to be afraid of them.
So I learned Mishma is working on a book and from the looks if it, it is about an expatriate - a person living in a foreign country. What I observe about Indians is that they sound the same. I dunno, must be the intonation. With regards to writing a book, punch those keys girl okay? You can always edit later. Me, I actually have not written a book. I can make an advice what? The Indian lady I know is fond of Tom and Jerry and watches the Cartoon Network a lot.
You know Indians in the Philippines are called Bombay/s. It is a place in India but that's the way it is known here probably the first Indian settlers here are from Bombay. They ride in motorcycles and can always be seen toting umbrellas. Why are umbrellas so precious to these guys? Can anybody answer me? And they have the 5-6 loan business which means if the Indian loans you 5 pesos, the Indian gets it back at 6 pesos. I think the umbrellas are the influence of the British.
If I am going to write an expat file on what I miss about the Philippines it is about security, comfort and privacy. Like you have privacy in your own room because it is your own, you can sleep without clothes, keep the lights on and clean your room when you want to. Your room, your rules. When you go to the living room and kitchen, it is not your own so there are rules you have to follow.
When you go out the neighborhood, there rules that apply only to the hood. And so on.
That is why a husband and wife share the same bed and same room because God joined them together, let no man separate. You have to endure the snoring and even if the armpits are smelly. Clear?
Babies have the right to be babies. They cry because they are separated from the mother's umbilical cord from which the baby feels warmth, care and comfort aside from the nutrients they get. So the rights of babies is to be given back food, cloth and shelter. They are to be loved. What babies should know is that this is for their own good. The baby thinks that being inside the womb is forever but it is not. Cause if the baby stays there more than it should, then both the baby and the mother will die. You have to explain this to the baby okay? How you say? Of course in a manner the baby understands the Closing Cycles.
So we are all expats because our first home is the mother's womb.
I was an expat in Malaysia where I worked for two years. The first two months as I remember is I space out because it is an adjustment for me. It was my first time being away from my family and also my first time to be out of the country. It was December 18 when I went there and it was a sort of orientation on the first week together with other filipinos. Then on December 23 I was sent to Penang where I assumed my work position. I stayed on a condominium along with Chinese co-workers. They went back to KL on the 24th cause their family is there. I have nowhere to go, I was home alone on Christmas day 2008. I cried.
Thing I learned is you do not overthink. You just go out and explore your new world. Like a baby you have to crawl on all fours, eat Gerber food and learn their language. But seriously you have to grow fast because you are hired by international company to produce results and not sulk around and be emo. You owe it to yourself and your employers.
That is why when you have to embark on a new endeavor, you must be prepared mentally and physically. Why am I sharing this? Do you notice the trend nowadays in films, books, video games and other forms of literature? Its the main characters are teenagers who make incredible achievements in the stories. It is an exponential progression that young people learn from stories of old people. You do not dumb people down nor hold them down but rather you teach, encourage and challenge them to get better than you. Give opportunities to young and old if they are deserving. This is the only way to progress.
For young people, its about doing things right the first time. Okay?

Where do they go? I say you need not worry about it because God will provide for them because life is a rollercoaster. Be focused instead.

At work, your work is your priority so if you are married, you delegate the task of running the household to the wife. Work hard, play hard. There is a time for everything so at work, you must have the eye of the tiger. I am not saying you be fierce, focused is the word so be focused at work. Your wife would be proud if you are doing well. Because the primary role of the husband is to provide for the family.
Its like a zone you get into so if you text your wife every once in a while then the momentum stops. Stop idling at work okay? So if you are a policeman, you patrol the streets and maintain peace and order. You have a gun then that means you are the hunter and the hunted so be eagle-eyed as well. Complacency has no place in this kind of work.
You can bring your work at home, why not? Especially if the occasion calls for it. So this is why you trust your wife and make laws with each other. She would understand cause she loves you and you love her. That is why you get married in the first place.
So if you work in media so access in social media is necessary, that is why I would suggest having separate accounts - for personal and business. Business account which means at work, you should block your wife.
However if the couple work together, be professional about it cause the whispering of sweet nothings is a distraction. Just be inspired with each other, you have time to catch up later on.
You guys might be wondering why I put so much expectation on the military. Its because my dad was a soldier in World War 2. He worked as the provincial manager of the National Food Authority. Once I overheard him scolding his employees because all of the timecards have an incoming time of 8am. YOU MEAN ALL OF YOU JUMPED INTO THE OFFICE AT 8AM? He exclaimed.
I guess we have to be angry once in a while when the situation calls for it. Or to be cold. That is a siamese cat similar to my cat cause it is a chocolate point which means it has chocolate darkening on the face, legs and tail. Garfield I would think is short hair tabby. British-Short hair cats look like siamese but they have monochromatic color and they have tabbys or stripes. Garfield is your textbook cat cause he is lazy, indifferent and sarcastic. Although he can be unbelievably sweet, I give you that. He is also interminably hungry.
One of the cutest cats I see in cat shows is a Scottish-fold. Their ears seem to be folded thus the name.

Mr. Tinkles is a Persian cat, you know, the top villain in the film Cats and Dogs. But in real life, Persian cats are generally harmless to somewhat snobbish. They warm up on you later on and will bang their heads to your feet to show their affection.
This is the in-thing nowadays is to breed wild cats most probably from Africa and Asia. They say third generations of these breed are tame already comparable to our household cats.
You know guys I've worked with government people for about two months, what they say about it is they have a lot of free time. Tell me about it. I will not mention what branch or when but these guys are lazy mofos. In 8am to 5pm work routine, goes to work at 10am, leaves for lunch 11am. Then comes back 2pm and goes home 3pm.
To each his own because employees have techniques to be lazy like dozing off in the restroom, and texting, even the police are texting while at work sitting pretty on the motorcycle. Turn it off okay, the better arrangement is to have two cellphones, one for work and your personal one. Okay?
I know I expect a lot out of the police, its because they suppose to be maintaining peace and order and not be a lousy example. I do not like incompetent and corrupted police. Their supervisors and team leaders should evaluate whether they are street-ready or not. Have them trained more. Because in the absence of police and the presence of incompetent ones, the local thugs see that and they rule. We do not want soft police.
You know Korea has their men have compulsory work in the military for one or two years. This is a law worth emulating cause PH needs more policemen. So its a win-win situation cause the young people understands the work of the police and hopefully learn discipline.
Because when and where there is peace and order, tourists will feel safe.
What about the women? And the Muslims. Have the women have one year or two years compulsory work in social work. And if the women want to work in the military instead and she is qualified then by all means. Okay if the men would rather choose social work, then go for it.
The Muslims in the PH is binded by the Philippine constitution not by religion so it is compulsory. Muslims can become police what?
I know its an ambitious idea. Because its like preventing people to follow their dreams. I think this means Koreans loves their country more than any people in the world love theirs.
So the start of being patriotic is making movies about the heroes and understanding their struggle to fight for independence. The bottomline is the people got to walk the talk cause actions speak louder than words.
Like candidates for US presidency are mentioning Ronald Reagan a lot. To be honest, I do not know about Reagan so why don't you start talking about yourself and your would-be policies because the Reagan I know is a ray gun.
Like there are nuisance candidates for presidency in the PH. Its the same thing all over again. Its because lawmakers are either dumb and balls-less that they do not have the balls to rewrite the constitution to have requirements for presidency. Its a waste of resources and this is happening because there are people who thrive in the circus like the dumb and incompetent media who does not have the balls to criticize.

I think if we are to welcome our Muslim brothers and sisters, we must understand their culture better. The malls should have Halal food because it is a certified by an inspector that the food has no pork. This is respect to their religion. Also make designer Muslim clothes and apparel available. And since they pray five times a day, it is important they there is a room for them to pray. This way they stay longer in the malls to enjoy the ambiance and be entertained.
Christians can eat Halal food what? Everybody can eat Halal food for that matter. I eat Halal food, its basically a porkless cuisine.
To be honest, the purchasing capability of the Muslims is an untapped area for business. At least here in the PH. I'm not saying we just using them for business, its like a packaged deal if you know what I mean. The malls happy, the Christians happy, the Muslims happy, everybody happy.
So there is quite the new wave for young Muslims here as I see them studying in the universities and in the malls. The workforce of the Muslims, especially the women, is another untapped resource. There is hope for them Muslims who hope of educating themselves.
I see tourists rolling with their luggages, it would be more convenient for them to have lockers - small, medium and big ones. I am not sure whether we have this in MOA but there is a lounge there where you can take a bath.
Actually I am thinking MOA should create a bus terminal there so that tourists from the NAIA can have direct routes of shuttle buses from there. MOA is a tourist destination already so what. I dunno man, this is looking from a tourist's point of view. Simple is better.
I mean we ask tourists to come over here so we make them comfortable as much as possible. Its fun in the Philippines riiiiight?
Of course the locals also benefit if we have a good system in everything.
Actually I haven't traveled that much here in the PH so I guess I cannot show you all. You trek on your own.
Okay I show you Chinatown. If you like walking, then walk from the main roads using a map from or ask around. If not, there is always the taxi. What to do there is eat at Chinese restaurants, buy some chinese things like clothes, images and amulets, there are also foreign breeds of cute puppies and pets for sale on the streets, I guess seasonal. I do not know for sure where are the temples there but ask around and you will see. You do not have to be at Chinatown to eat at chinese restos you know because they are in many locations but you wanna see more chinese people, this is where you go. Even undocumented chinese are here.
Intramuros meanwhile is the walled-city from the Spanish time, again walk from the main road using a map or get a taxi. It is a fortress made of concrete and bricks so there are towers and openings for the cannons and gunners. The dates are inscribed in the bricks laid there. There also prison cells here where our national hero was detained and written his works. Now its a vibrant mix of schools, universities and government offices but the trace of the spanish era can be seen from the roads and some of the spanish villas maintained. There are horse-drawn carriages if you like to tour like this or you can walk. Another thing to watch out for are the statues situated all over the place, I counted at least ten statues there.
You know guys SouthEast Asia is the twin of South America because they are brothers from the same mother that is Spain. Take a look at the aboriginal people of the Philippines and Malaysia, they are five-foot africans. Then the Spaniards came even to Malaysia, you see Spanish surnames there if you search for it.
Now we talk about training the mind and body because it is beneficial for people to improve themselves. Training the body consists of muscle development and aerobics. Muscles are developed so that you perform physical activities better while Aerobics training helps the immune system. Like walking/jogging/running/jumping jacks/jumping rope makes the heart and the lungs healthier.
Supporting your training is food because you are what you eat.
That summarizes physical training but how about spiritual training?
Spiritual food are the philosophies that govern our lives. And it shows with our actions whether the food is healthy or not. When you have healthy philosophies in life, you become confident so what you see is what you get. That is why you have to take in spiritual food, work at it and its fruit will show.

You know guys, everyone as in everyone has been saying good things about Heneral Luna, its a local film about a filipino general in the spanish time here. Are you praising the movie because it is really good or you mistaken patriotic as praising? Nope didn't have the urge to watch. Maybe. Maybe not. They also question why the paralytic Mabini, another politician at the time, was always shown sitting down. Apparently the young ones are not familiar that Mabini is paralyzed. The director could have been more imaginative, say a helper carries Mabini from the chair to his bed. So a lot of things accomplished and explained in the sequence.
I did not like John Arcilla's acting in the film Bourne Legacy which stars Jeremy Renner. It was letdown for me. Probably he was bewildered with the international casting and production. Make it better next time.

Just wondering if jeepneys are making traffic in Manila worse. Cause drivers here in general cannot stay in their lanes, like to criss cross to get more passengers. How about drivers are paid monthly so they are somewhat secured? Have the jeeps phased out in favor of buses with beep cards? In the metros at least. So they do not have to hoard passengers. It just irritating drivers seems to have no training.
We have here a delicious fruit called lanzones but its shelf life is only a day. If this is genetically modified, like the tomatoes and rice in the markets, PH can export this fruit.

I think when training you have to run the 100 meter dashes aside from jogging because it allows more force. Because force is the product of mass multiplied by speed squared. F=MxVxV. More speed equals more force generated that is why it is beneficial for your health. Why? Its for blood circulation. I hitched a ride once on the way to KL with my co-worker when it rained. He was driving around 140mph on the freeway, you know what, the water slided up because of the wax and the speed. That is what speed does to your blood, it gets them to the nooks and crevices of the body.
So when you meet a girl, you check first if she has a wedding ring and then check her upper arms are flabby cause it makes her look like a thug. Just kidding it could be a sign that the woman has a child/children.

Here is a tip to make your upper arm slim. Keep your upper arm to the elbow attached to the side of the body and use dumbbells the regular way so it moves like a pendulum. With the left arm as support, have your posture inclined for variation.

I was able to meet internet celebrities, they are no slouches by the way. There are also actors, cosplayers and various celebrities. I watched the illustrators sketching because it is amusing and I think I bothered some of them. And lastly I took selfies. That is why you have to be physically fit so that you look good inside and out.
As you can see, I like to go Toy Museums and cosplay events. Actually I went to several cosplay events at SM Megamall and at the SMX. The APCC is alright, my only problem is that there are no restaurants nearby or even food stalls. FAIL! A man's got to eat you know.

Hi guys. Today is about the knee cartilage. It is important cause injury to it sidelines most players. Cartilage is a tough and flexible tissue that connects the bones. Looks to me that it is rubber-like in properties. But the question is Do we apply ice packs to rubber tires to prolong its shelf-life? Nope. I think it is kept on an air-conditioned room.
The reason is I have been jogging recently cause I wanna join a marathon soon, most probably the 5k run. Nope my knees are okay but I have read of knee cartilage injury like of Brandon Roy. Today I read players getting cortisone shots on the knee to relieve the pain. It kind of drinking soda you know, tricking the mind that the stomach is full.
So the cartilage also functions as a shock absorber that is why your weight should be proportioned and also be balanced especially at landing from a jump to take care of the cartilage. Because when there is tear in the cartilages, the bones grind against each other. Like when the teeth grind against each other, it exposes the nerve endings that gives you the pain and electric shocks when you move. Cold water worsens the condition in your teeth, you already know.
I think the swelling is in the flesh caused by the pointed edges of the bones and cartilages as they grind against each other and on the flesh. As I am suggesting, ice packs has adverse effects on the cartilage. The doctors should find an alternative method to reduce the swelling.
How to treat cartilage wear and tear though? Does it heal naturally or requires surgery or replacement? Do cortisone shots have adverse effects?
I guess prevention is better than cure so drink milk so your bones will be strong. In case you do not know, you do not stop drinking milk. Milk is not just for children. Adults need milk more than children does so get the milk for adults.

Guys, here's a tip. If a boxer or a fighter is flat-chested during the fight, it means he is well-conditioned to last the full rounds distance while if he has man-boobs it means he spent more than time in the weights room with little roadwork. I don't have an idea about woman conditioning. Because there are flat-chested and buxom breasted women with or without exercise, how to know? Because they wearing a bra.
The first thing you strengthen is the lower body meaning legs and calves because it supports the upper body so it should be proportional. When you have muscled, you must run because if you do not run, you should join the body building contest.

Hello! How are you guys? It is me again. We here to talk about giving tips because I love giving tips. Normally tipping is you give 20 percent of the price. Giving tips makes you feel good so I encourage you guys to do so.
I am food adventurer so I am always curious about food. I went to Thai, Malay, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Vietnamese restaurants among others. I think I have tried most of Asian cuisine. It did not occurred to me to try exotic Western food but now it has. Western food that is not mainstream.
I mean I watch the Bizarre Foods show on the food channel which shows exotic food that most locals are not aware of.
Yes giving tips makes you feel good cause it makes you a bigger person. It gives off an aura of bigness that embodies in your everyday life. In your career, personal, everything. It gives you an aura that you are a big shot. And it helps the attendants too.
You know guys if are an attendant you do not ask for tips. You do not make the silly face or you do not directly ask for it okay? What you do is serve with a smile and the customers will see that and give you tips if they are tipsters. Because there are people who gives and people who do not. Nothing you can do about it.
So when you go back to the restaurant, the attendants will be on attention. When customers ask the attendants why you have 'that' kind of attention they ask them 'Who is that guy'. "He is Mr. Bigshot." Now you know why you should tip okay?
So tipping attracts people. This is how you build a network.
Publishing houses and authors give ARCs or Advanced Reading Copies as tips because book bloggers are like attendants. Of course whenever you give ARCs, most of the time the bloggers give positive comments and recommendations that builds to your network of followers.
Personally though, I have not received any ARCs nor have I asked for it.
Also, you do not ask people to donate. Because people are allergic to the word 'donate'. What you can do is to replace it with 'tips'. You can be imaginative in it like 'Give me a coffee' on the link to paypal. I am not asking for tips okay?
To be clear, I am saying that tipping is not for everybody because you can be stingy especially when you have a tight budget. Just tip them when you feel like it okay?
